Spate of burglaries in Ilfracombe

Officers are currently investigating a string of residential burglaries and attempted break-ins within the Ilfracombe area.

The incidents are believed to have occurred overnight between midnight and 5am on Sunday 19 April, with many incidents occurring on Barnstaple Road and Chambercombe Road.

We are urging anyone with knowledge about these incidents or have been directly affected themselves to come forward.

Numerous enquiries have been carried out, and we would like to reassure everyone that we are diligently investigating the incidents.
